Allow SimConnect_AISetAircraftFlightPlan to set flight number

As with SimConnect_AICreateEnrouteATCAircraft there should be some way of setting a flight number when sending a flight plan to SimConnect_AICreateParkedATCAircraft using SimConnect_AISetAircraftFlightPlan. Currently only the registration can be set. The ATC_Airline from the aircraft.CFG should also be used as with enroute aircraft.

Agree it would be quite nice if it was wrapped up but can also be set via sim var on success of the insert and it will apply straight away. What does seem to be the case though if you set ATC_Airline via sim var - ATC doesn't reflect the update until after the aircraft takes off.
