Although for some reason I'm not finding it in the docs, you can already do that in the sim using the following key events (it was a feature at launch):
K:NAV3_RADIO_SWAP
K:NAV3_RADIO_SET
K:NAV3_RADIO_SET_HZ
K:NAV3_STBY_SET
K:NAV3_STBY_SET_HZ
K:NAV3_CLOSE_FREQ_SET
K:NAV4_RADIO_SWAP
K:NAV4_RADIO_SET
K:NAV4_RADIO_SET_HZ
K:NAV4_STBY_SET
K:NAV4_STBY_SET_HZ
K:NAV4_CLOSE_FREQ_SET
You can then use the standard nav radio simvars to get the data for those radios, using indexes 3 and 4.

I found out through Ben from Asobo and already have this setup. Did not know you can go up to index 4. According to him only up to nav3.
