Hello - I'm trying to assist a developer in making their aircraft ETE (as displayed in the World Map Flight Planner Screen) more accurate. Where should we be defining these values, or where does the World Map Flight Planner pull them from and perform the calculation? Thanks!

The ETE displayed in the world map are estimated based on the design speeds provided in the [REFERENCE SPEEDS] section of flight_model.cfg that you can get as simvars.
Those speeds are converted into ground speed estimates to get ETE/ETA, using climb_speed for the climbing section of the flight plan, then cruise_speed, etc...
Then when in flight, the current ground speed will be used instead to compute ETE/ETAs for the avionics.
