Modify attributes in aircraft

I'm trying to find a way to modify certain attributes in marketplace aircraft. Specifically, I want to add a LOT more fuel to the Microsoft Beechcraft Model 18. The package is "encrypted" or at least bundled in some way. I thought maybe I could make a livery an override the flight_model.cfg, but that doesn't seem to work either. Ideally a way that I can redistribute to my viewers who follow along, but I'll take whatever I can get.

I have tried making a flight_model.cfg with a [VARIATION] block, with override_base_container as 1 or 0, but that didn't seem to take. I tried even just outright overriding it. The "livery" shows up but no attributes change.

I would really prefer to not use unlimited fuel, but if this some kind of limitation, I'll have to.

All market place products and default planes have encrypted files. I am not sure but there may be a way to create a mini partial project in the community so that it looks at a specific cfg file first as that was how the sim was developed. It looks at the community first then the sim location second. So I would assume if you can get a package in the community to load your own specific file for that aircraft it should work.
