Weather SDK for 3rd party developers

Dear Microsoft Flight Simulator’s SDK Q&A Platform,

I was wondering if the SDK will one day allow 3rd developers, such as HiFi or Rex, to produce advanced meteorological engines (such as the famous Active Sky) and to add sky colors and cloud textures to MSFS2020.
