Devmode has a nice feature where you can set fake VR as the VR mode which is nice for quick bug testing without pulling out the VR headset. Moving the camera works, but I can't find a way to rotate it in this mode. Is there a way?

You're right , it seems that the rotation is not implemented.
I added this item in our backlog (no ETA).
