Why the clouds didn´t appear me in real weather?

Hello how are you I hope so good. I have a problem with the clouds of my sim in real weather, when I modificate the weather the clouds appear me but when I put it in real Weather it dosen´t show me the clouds. Also when the conditions of weather are bad. I hope you can help me with this problem.

As you can see in the image the clouds do not appear me in SKRG but at the moment this airport have conditions of TS and BKN clouds so it dosen´t makes sense.
