These look incorrect? they are from the en-US.locPak

Really? The word action_up means level the aircraft? And action _dn mean vertical speed flight path angle

This template is based on the button responsible of these actions in the A320, as you can see on this screenshot :

COCKPIT.TOOLTIPSV2.AUTOPILOT_KNOB_UPDN_ACTION correspond to the rotation of the knob to choose a vertical speed.

COCKPIT.TOOLTIPSV2.AUTOPILOT_KNOB_UPDN_ACTION_DN correspond to the action of pulling the knob to engage the vertical speed and

COCKPIT.TOOLTIPSV2.AUTOPILOT_KNOB_UPDN_ACTION_UP correspond to the action of pushing the knob to level off.
