The updated SDK gives more details about EPR calculations, but the N2MachEPRTable is undocumented.
Is it a new table that is yet to be added, or is hard-coded into the sim?

Hello! This is actually the table "n2_and_mach_to_epr_table ", which is documented elsewhere on the same page. The SU7 update will change the format of these formulas to be cross-linked with the actual parameters they reference instead of using the (sometimes cryptic) acronyms. So, any parameter in the formula that isn't linked will represent a hard-coded value.
