@FlyingRaccoon, as you can see, I cannot tag anyone in my posts and I've seen other users being able to do it.
I am not sure why, is it a restricted feature?

Hello.
Make sure you click the name that pops up below when typing a @ because typing the full correct name without clicking on this will not create the tag.
There are some restrictions on who you can tag to prevent people from tagging the devs directly.
