SU9: VectorPlacement Tool

Hi,

The new vector placement tool is amazing, it will help a lot with the level design work. Can we have this tool not depending of any airport placement? It is a very useful tool for landmarks level design, not just for airports.

I also noticed the same thing yesterday, I could only place a sequence of objects if I have an airport and I was wondering about the reasons behind the feature design choice
