[SU9 ] Lake snow / Ice a sudden new feature?

Just testing some to be launched scenery and we were surprised to find our new scenery (yet to be launched) now has a lot of the lake covered by snow/ice. Is this now attached to certain water types or a new water mask feature?
This wasn't a problem during SU9 beta or SU8 testing.

Seb and Martial will call that a nice frozen lake rendition :)


We have had that effect all the winter when there Is snow on ground, now lakes and seas are slowly melting



Is the effect somewhat connected to your scenery? Or Is Just the "normal" Sim behaviour (since release) in winter?

Hmmm. I don't think you will see ice on the water like that in NZ except at Manorburn (more like a pond).
