prop_uselegacytables - description incorrect

I believe this statement is slightly incorrect:

However you may prefer to tweak these values manually using "legacy" tables. If that is the case, this parameter should be set to 0 (FALSE) or omitted. Setting it to 1 (TRUE) means that the following tables will need to be filled in correctly: prop_efficiency_table, prop_power_cf.

it should be

if you want to use the legacy tables then this parameter should equal to 1 TRUE not 0 FALSE
