Weather radar does not scan on the 747 or 777F cargo for XBOX.

Weather radar does not scan on the 747 or 777-F cargo for XBOX. Fly into rainy weather and the radar displays the rain, however, the display will not scan to update the weather. Only turning the weather display off\on updates it. This occurs 100% of the time. I have noticed videos online that show the weather display scanning properly on PC. Maybe this is an XBOX only issue? Is this a known issue? Will it be fixed? Thank you.
