Delete All ILS command not working

I enabled deleteAllILSs on my project and double checked the XML file and it is set to TRUE. But when I check the Packaged BGL, the deleteAllILSs command is set to FALSE, I can also see this on the debug info on dev mode. Is this a bug? How can I delete previous ILS?

Hello @MatheoF

I think we have reproduced this issue here.
The delete elements seem to be placed on the wrong QMIDs when the BGL is generated.
This will be investigated by the engine team.
