RequestDataOnSimObject with SIM_FRAME sometimes stops working

We're using the RequestDataOnSimObject on USER with the period of SIM_FRAME as our primary data feed.

The problem is, that subscription sometimes stops working for specific users and, after a pause of 10-30 seconds, comes back to normal. For those affected, this is 100% reproducible: flying the same flight path again will trigger the issue at the same spot.

Other subscriptions with periods of VISUAL_FRAME and SECOND are not affected.
