Strange Issue for one user??

I am trying to help one user who downloaded a scenery we developed that has me baffled! The airport is O08-Colusa County and he is seeing the Poly(noTIN) above everything else...he has re-downloaded the package a few times but still the problem exists. Has anyone else come across this strange issue? Thanks for any ideas to help him....He is the only one out of hundreds that has the issue. I realize that the issue is confined to his setup and also, all other airport are fine.....thanks again for any ideas to help this one user.....this happens to be his home airport and I really want to make all users happy..

Boris, he did respond last night that after the update AND removing ALL add-ons from the community folder, things are looking perfect. Thanks for the help. Much appreciated!

Hello @dvlourie ,

First, I would ask him to remove any mod (ui / community etc..) and try with a clean MSFS2020 Install

Then, did he try to remove his Content.xml and to look inside it ? Maybe it's a conflict with another package..

He should also reset his devmode settings, just in case it's a setting
