The SDK for both 2020 and 2024 imply that you need to use fx files for lights in the systems.cfg. Can we use the VFX lib effects for lights.
How do we create legacy FSX *.fx files (NOT legacy lights)? FSX had a visualfxtool.dll tool. What do we use for MSFS?
