Aero_center_lift description typo?

This looks like a typo in the SDK description of the aero_center_lift
parameter - aero_center_lift | Longitudinal position zCoL of the center of
lift (only active if compute_aero_center = 1)

Shouldn’t this parameter only be active if compute_aero_center = 0?
