I just tried with the da62 sdk and I could not repro.
Is your community folder empty ? Is the aircraft also mounted via the marketplace ?
Can you share use a video showing the issue please and the project please ?

I’ve searched for the name of my build project and found half a dozen also in weird places. I’ve used 2020 and am moving to 2024 with ModularSimObject now. While my project has not the same error anymore, I don’t know for some more days if it works now.
Some weeks ago I had a similar issue that even blocked my Win11 update..- Some PC-24 bug:
So even as Administrator I cannot write to:
C:\MSFS 2024 SDK\Samples\Aircraft\…
How to deal with that?

It doesn’t seem to be related to the SDK or DevMode, and I’m afraid there’s not much we can do regarding Windows specific issues.
As a workaround, you can try creating your projects in Documents\MyFSProjects and see if that improves things.
