Bug description:
Creating a placement .xml outside of the editor using
altitudeIsAgl=false and snapToGround=false for a Scenery object,
When loaded in the Scenery Editor, the objects are loaded underground, makin them impossible to manually edit them
In the following 4 years old thread this was supposed to be eventually fixed to support altitudeIsAgl=False in the scenery editor
