Animation Performance Hit

I have a weird performance hit using mission scripts (EDIT: and BGL routes) in
some cases. I’m attaching a video of a work in progress that I’m experiencing
this with. I’ll post it in a comment for the admins to see what I mean. FPS
and model LOD performance is all fine but I’m seeing this weird effect.
