Animation Transition Issue

I have a Simobject attached to a plane, in the behavior XML of the SimObject I define 2 animations and each one is part of a different BlendTreeState, then I define the following transitions:

<Transition start="Close" end ="Open" Duration="1">
	<Condition>
		(L:mylvar, NUMBER) 0 !=
	</Condition>
</Transition>

<Transition start="Open" end ="Close" Duration="1">
	<Condition>
		(L:mylvar, NUMBER) 0 ==
	</Condition>
</Transition>

“Close” is the default state
Both animations are a single keyframe with the position of the door, the door open and the door closed.

In theory, when I set mylvar to 1 I should see the door opening with a duration of 1 second and when I turn it back to 0 I should see the door closing.

Despite the simple configuration, the first transition works fine, the door goes from close to open in a 1 second animation blended by the sim, but then when I return to 0 mylvar the door JUMPS from open to closed without transition, in a single frame jump.

is this a bug?
