I’ve been trying to upload an aircraft update to the Content Portal.
The package passes, but there’s the error “Minimum game version is higher than current game version”, and the package can’t be submitted.
If the package is unzipped and the Manifest.json is modified to the correct game version (as had worked in the past), when re-submitting it fails with the error “Error retrieving ContentManifest.json: Request failed with status code 404” .
How is the Minimum game version modified so that the package can be uploaded? Or is something else missing/required?
Have you tried directly contacting the MCP Support team? I’m saying because the MCP administrators are the responsibles of handling this kind of issues with that platform. I had a similar case a year ago, contacted the MCP Support team via email, and helped me resolving the problem.
It’s very weird that this is happening now, because I made an update submission last week, and had no issues.
Please contact the MCP Support team via email first, and explain them this issue. They should give you an answer in this regard.
