Career compatibiltiy tool - FlightSeeing doesn't match SDK specifications

Context: Developer mode

Bug description:

Career Compatibility shows that our FlightSeeing plane must have between 1 and 5 passengers. The SDK says it must be between 1 and 7.

@flyingraccoon Adding first flight to the same list. The documentation says more people than the Career Tool reports.

The documentation is also ambiguous:

  • less than 7 people - so 1 to 6 people
  • i.e. between 1 and 7 nodes - so less than 7?

The documentation was fixed, [1;5] is the real allowed interval, as instructed in the compatibility tool.
