Certificate error on chrome and firefox. Same in private browsing

Microsoft Edge also will not allow this website. DuckDuckGo works.
i got past this issue by opening my browser History, right clicking on a link to this dev page
and selecting Forget about this Site (Firefox if that matters)
mileage may vary but the certificate seems to be updated and the issue may just be in the browser cache now
