So didn’t offer a method to choose it during install. Did the final release add a way to select a different folder for the packages?
I changed mine in the UserCfg.opt in Appdata. I haven’t been able to load in again to verify if it works, but you could do the same thing in 2020.
Steam path is here, not sure about Windows Store:
AppData\Roaming\Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024

Just tried this and it seems to work. I also added my WASM which seems to load, with the WASM static storage area being under:
C:\Users[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024\WASM\MSFS2020
UPDATE: well, its still loading after 40mins, and seems to be stuck at 97% with the message “Loading unusually long: log saved to Report-loading.toml …”. The WASM module loaded though, although it ain’t doing much at the moment, and the WASM log file was created.
UPDATE2: killed it after 45mins, still at 97%. Restarted and won’t get passed “0% - :Loading language …”. Presume this is a server issue…
