Confusing and incorrect documentation related to aircraft flaps and spoilers

Version: SU12

Frequency: Consistently

Severity: Low

Context: SDK Documentation/Aircraft Editor

Bug description: The SDK documentation currently lists the flaps altitude-limit as defaulting to -1; this is not the case, as if you open an older aircraft such as the DR400 and then save the file in the aircraft editor this value will be set to 0 by default. This leads to confusion as it will prevent the flaps from functioning at any altitude.

Additionally, the SDK documentation for air_spoiler_limit states If this value is not set, then it will default to the spoiler_limit value.
This is infact not the case, and if you were to only have the spoiler_limit value set, wrongly believing that the empty (value of zero in the editor) air_spoiler_limit would be set to the spoiler_limit, you will infact get spoilers that function on the ground but not in the air.
