@davux3 I can try here as well if you give some more info - is this a commercial product I need to purchase?
I had to reply to FlyingRacco in DM. The referenced aircraft isnāt released. And I donāt see the crash on anything else.
@davux3 as long as it helps them pinpoint the problem and fix it for MSFS 2020 as well, I am going to sing happy songs for you.
Hello @EPellissier
I understand you guys are snowed under with the 2024 upcoming release, but I would really appreciate some update on whether you were able to backport the Coherent DLL fix to the 2020 upcoming update and indeed if you have any idea when thatās coming out.
Much appreciated, thank you!
Hi,
Just got two CTDs with CoherentGTJS.dll in a row when trying to load the FSS Boeing 727 version 1.0.6.
Hi @simfan,
We havenāt started backporting changes yet and the next MSFS 2020 SimUpdate isnāt scheduled yet.
Best regards,
Eric / Asobo
Eric,
since this bug is only very rarely exhibited in other aircraft, could you please hint as to what we might want to look at (given the sample I had sent) so we could reduce its frequency?
Thanks!
this is still happening in msfs2024 lolllllll
Just so you know - we worked around this bug by reducing the amount of VCockpit entries in panel.cfg and the amount of gauges in each VCockpit entry.
Kind of a silly solution but at least it should point Asobo to where the issue really lies - a panel.cfg with multiple VCockpit entries (over 50), each with 50 or more gauges should quickly show where the issue is (just saying 50 vcockpits with 50 gauges each should produce the crash faster - not that our products did that of course!)
