Default value for atc_heavy seems incorrect for AI Traffic

Bug description:
ATC always adds a “heavy” to the callsign even if no atc_heavy value is set in the aircraft.cfg file for the fltsim-entry.

update on this one:

looks like even setting atc_heavy=false does not help. ATC still calls “heavy”

seems that using SimConnect to set the SimVar is a possible workaround with just one issue.

Setting the SimVar for a parked airplane only takes effect after takeoff:
