Dornier Do X not downloading on xbox

Hi new user with xbox mfs. :blush:
I tried searching for this but cant find it.
I paid for the new Dornier Do X but it keeps failing to download. Its downloading for a very long time and then says “failed to download” Im not quite sure what i can do from here. Either get a refund somehow or figure out the problem. Any help would be awesome.
