Bug description:
Whilst fine tuning our engine parameters, we’ve hit an issue in MSFS2024 that does not occur in MSFS2020
With our engine model tuned to match the real aircraft idle N2 at ISA, if the ambient temperature gets below minus 8 degrees Celsius, every 20 seconds the engine params drop as if they are about to stall but recover. Our flight model expert has attempted to resolve this by adjusting other parameters, but the only fix seems to be to increase the lower N2.
Idle params are as follows at ISA/Sea level:
N1:24.1%
N2:52.9%
Repro steps:
Load in any aircraft with the privately attached engine.cfg and reduce the ambient temperature to -8C or lower.
