Exclude rectangle not working

Hello developers.

I am a member of the Flying Partners Slovakia group. We created a LZRU scenery for MSFS2020. I inserted an Exclude rectangle into it to delete the default MSFS2024 airport objects. This made the scenery fully compatible with 2024. The airport can be purchased on the 2020 and 2024 marketplaces. If I insert the scenery package directly into the 2024 Community, everything works. But if I remove it from there and stream it via the 2024 Marketplace/My Library, the default buildings collide with our custom airport buildings. So, the fact that the scenery contains an Exclude rectangle does not help at all. Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this error? Is this a simulator error that will be fixed with an update? Or did I do something wrong? Please advise. Thank you.

Hello,

It looks like a duplicate of this topic : Streamed packages overriding with my streamed airport add-on

This is caused by a global scenery package (microsoft-scenery-gliders).

.

I can’t give you any ETA for a fix but I will update the topic once I have some news to share.

Boris

Hello Boris.

Yes, it really looks like “microsoft-scenery-gliders” package makes a causes problems.

Please, if it’s possible to fix this problem, that would be great.

Martin

Hello @PlanetaryWord90

Could you test again ?
There was an update, as mentioned in this topic, and it has been deployed on SU4.
