Bug description: Glass loses its colour at night when looked at from a certain angle. In fact, most anlges. I need to be at a specific angle and position for the glas to show its colour. The glass itself doesn’t disappear because you can still see the reflection, it just loses it’s colour and become completely transluscent and transparent. As you can see in the video, the terminal glass should be tinted slightly green. this tint onyl shows up when you look at it from the angle seen in the video. As soon as you move them camery it becomes completely transparent. this is only an issue in 2024 and at night. It works fine in 2020 no matter the time of day, and in 2024 during the day
Repro steps: Haven’t found them yet. Please see Private attatchment section for more info!

2024 at night:
2024 daytime
2020 at night (same during the day)
As you can see, it’s not an issue in 2020 so it must be a 2024 issue and not a package issue.
This makes realeasing this package for 2024 not an option and it is a complete gamebreaker and absolute blocker. I would appreciate if you could look into this!
Private attachments: I can send you the built package via Private content and also the source files should you need them. But sourcefile wise I think to repro it you should only need the building files itself, which I can also provide via PC should you need them. Just let me know. But maybe you can repro it with your own objects too. Those are the material properties for you to recreate it:
I don‘t think so looking at it tbh. At least how it is happening now is completely different to the other threads you posted (also a report made by myself). It was never like it is in the video here because I actually never got it to keep the colour back then no matter from where I looked at it.
But you could be right though. I have to admit, i actally thought this was fixed witv SU2 which was what made me think it was a new bug and I am fine to test it in SU2 live! So that‘s partially my bad for not using SU3
I will test again tomorrow with SU3. This time it just looked completely different which, in combination with me assuming my original report was fixed with Su2 live, made me think it‘s something different! Thanks for pointing it out! i‘ll report back.
Yes. The glass is not visible at night in SU2. Only from certain angles. It is there but it loses its color from most angles. I believe this is what you are referring to.
If this is correct, It has been been fixed in SU3 beta. I released an airport recently and I had to install SU3 just to be able to take night pictures.
Ok yeah you were right the glas colour bug is fixed in SU3! Problem just is that I now found out that the Glass opacity bug which was fixed previously is now back again in vertain weather conditions like rain…
