Dear moderators and actual msfs marketplace partners,
First please take my apologies for posting here topic about marketplace issues, I know it’s a dev forum but I’m a little desperate because I can’t reach the marketplace team directly.
For some unknown reason I having troubles with logging in into my Teams account, where I’ve been chatting with marketplace team for the last 2 and half years.
I tried to contact the team writing to the 3yo email address (msfsmp) then I also forward my letter to the email address that currently listed on marketplace partner program page (msfsim@microsoft.com), both letter with no replies at this time. Also I was trying to contact with Rachel L. but his email is down.
The support (help icon ?) option in partner center is working only as faq, there is no more contact form.
I didn’t not receive any email or notifications letters about like Teams channel changed or something. Maybe I guess something has changed in communication methods with partners, but I didn’t know about it.
Hope someone could share useful working email to contact Mabel or Steve directly to understood what’s going on.
