How do hold short points on runways (for LAHSOs) affect traffic and runway starts?

I’m about to do an airport for the World Hub that has Land and Hold Short Operations (LAHSO). This is typically done at airports with intersecting runways and a lot of traffic:

If ATC tells you that LAHSO is in effect, and you accept the LAHSO, when landing you must stop before the stop line on the runway and wait for ATC clearance or risk hitting a plane taking off on the other runway:

Note the stop lines on the runway:

Obviously, MSFS ATC doesn’t support this today, but it might and probably should some day. And there are stop lines on the ground that should be modeled.

My question is: If you put these stop lines in, with the appropriate hold short taxiway points, does that affect traffic behavior or interfere with the starting positions?
