Interactive_points not working

Dear Asobo ( @EPellissier @Boris @FlyingRaccoon or anyone else that might be
able to help) we have set some interactive points in our aircraft
flight_model.cfg file, but try as we might, there is no way Ground Services
will grant us the request for a jetway to come. Is there some hidden
requirement apart from the flight_model.cfg entries to cause the jetways
request to be granted? Thank you!

Hello @simfan Let’s start with simple things: I assume your [Services] jetway
parameter is set to 1 in aircraft.cfg?

That is correct!

Hello @simfan , Can you send us your aircraft.cfg and flight_model.cfg please
? We will have a look [See 3) Provide Private

bug-or-crash.html) Thanks, Regards, Boris

@FlyingRaccoon @Boris @EPellissier Could you guys share some requirements for
ground services? We have the [Services] section setup correctly - with the
appropriate INTERACTIVE POINTS. It’s not working. There are no ground services
and Jetways do not dock. What else is required please?

Hi @Machtwo , I copied/pasted your configuration and put it in the
aircraft.cfg and flightmodel.cfg of our C152 and so far so good as you can
see.

You can send us your
package and we will try to see if there is a problem. See [3) Provide Private
Content](https://devsupport.flightsimulator.com/articles/5483/how-to-report-a-
bug-or-crash.html) Regards, Boris

Hi @Boris , I appreciate you taking the time to look - however, we’re aware
that these points work with other models. What I want to know is - what else
is the system looking for? If we have the requirements, we might be able to
debug the issue here. I.e. does it require any additional systems to be
present (electrical?). Are you able to ask the devs, or do we need to get in
contact with Asobo?

@Machtwo , There is no other configuration to do other than in these two
mentionned files above. Regards, Boris

could it be that the parking space you test the services does not support
services?

No, the same parking spot works fine for other aircraft.

Thank you @Boris for your assistance. I found the issue this morning and the
ground services now work.

Hello @Machtwo Can you elaborate on what you found so it benefits to people
who might encounter similar issues please? Regards, Sylvain

Hello @FlyingRaccoon We were missing the [Version] section in
flight_model.cfg. This was not reported as missing in the console - and
appears to be required for any of the ground services to work.

Ok, we will check this problem then. Thank you. Regards, Sylvain
