As per title Can you please confirm if the SDK core or any other part MUST be
installed in order for the sim INTERNAL tools to work flawlessy? Or the Sim
compiler and tools are fully Independent, so they work without installing the
sdk? Now i think that this Is the right answer, but would love to know It by
