Issues with external models loading (apparently only on our Tornado) on 1.5.13.0

Context: When a development version is mounted in Community folder, and account has also a streamed version avaliable. Package is MSFS2020

Bug description:
External model does not load (worked fine previously)

Repro steps:

  • Mount the Tornado in the Community folder (account also “owns” the retail version
  • Start a flight or go in configure mode
  • Only the internal model is shown
  • In the configure mode the “loading wheel” is always shown… making me think it be a conflict in streaming assets.

Hello @Scimmia1974

Did you check in the console ? Any error / warning ?
When the streamed package is disabled in “My Library” prior to loading a flight, do you still experience the issue ?

When you say ‘‘worked fine previously’’, what do you mean ? In a previous dev version of your aircraft of in a previous SU3 update ?

Can you share us this dev version ?

Sorry for the late reply - will check what you asked.
Some more info:

  • the development package is basically the same as the streamed retail package (just copy-pasted the MSFS2020 package in the Community folder)
  • by “worked fine previously” I mean we never saw such an issue previously. Installing the MSF2020 package in the Community folder worked fine.
  • We have also tried removing the development package from the Community folder to check the streamed version worked fine and it did

As an additional remark - I cannot reproduce the issue anymore.
Everything working as intended today on 1.15.13.0 - as far as I can tell, there were no changes from our side (package is the same etc.).
