K:PNEUMATICS_FAN_SET anyone had luck using it to control a Fan?

I’m not sure if I’m doing something wrong or K:PNEUMATICS_FAN_SET is bugged.
If I send the command the Fan reacts for a frame , but than jumps back to its default value for me.
