LIghts facing different direction on Xbox

On Xbox, my aircraft landing lights face directly up, this issue doesn’t
appear in the PC version. Any idea what could cause this? All rotations in the
model node, system.cfg and effect.fx are set to zero.

This actually affects all external spotlights, the splashes from nav lights
and fuselage light are all facing the wrong way but only on Xbox, the PC
version is fine.
