LSZA_People extremely culled

Context: Any scenery using LSZA_People objects

Bug description: I have found the objects LSZA_People I’m extensively using in my custom scenery are extremely culled
From this distance they are already not visible

Zooming in a lot they are again visible

…because some (Happy) 1st party developer was not used with LODs, especially with animated stuff :upside_down_face:

I fully understand but I think the actual method to manage LODS in MSFS2024 is really too aggressive

I understand this is needed to ensure good performance but I imagine when the zoom is at this level we should be able to see them
