When using the aircraft editor or the project editor to build all it would be great if you can make an option that allows us to prevent all the textures from re converting or building for packages when they are already done. This can take up to 15-20 minutes in my large project and is very annoying. I am aware this only happens when you change or add/remove an attachment or maybe a preset. but sometimes we are testing and this get very annoying.

I thought it only triggered converting the images if the model that referenced them changed. If it was only that, I would think in most cases it’s safer to do it that way.
But I can also feel your pain when that process can take a long time.
I not sure my post is clear so I updated the title. Not build textures from the modeling program to the project. But the project actually trying to rebuild all the textures after they are already converted in packages.
Actually even if it was only when changing models the current multi-exporter does not build your package source textures. And we are forced to copy them by hand to the package source or use the 3ds max tool that creates them. So once you do this it never needs to be done again unless your making changes with your materials or textures.
And the truth is updating a model does not trigger building textures. It’s only the attachments or presets structure of your project that triggers.
