Marketplace Airport Not Showing in World Map

Hi,

I’ve been receiving some reports from users who purchased an airport addon via the MSFS Marketplace. The product is successfully downloaded and appears correctly installed in the Official folder. However, the airport does not show up on the world map, and when loading into the sim, the default (stock) airport is loaded instead. The files are confirmed to be present and correctly installed, but the simulator does not generate a corresponding .dat file in the SceneryIndexes folder. As a result, it seems the scenery is not being indexed or integrated into the world.

Does anyone know what could cause this behavior? Has anyone experienced a similar issue where the scenery index file is not generated, even though the Marketplace installation was successful? Any help would be appreciated.

I’ve seen this, or at least something similar happen when the user buys the addon on Marketplace then loads into it without restarting the sim. I’ve never checked for a .dat file being generated though.

It is fixed now. I have contacted with marketplace team. They checked again and there are no DRM keys available for PC version and they fixed the keys.
