Bug description: When loading at the ramp the doctors and nurse are already loaded with no weight in the EFB. Once I try to load them in free flight it has a message that it failed displayed in the EFB. And they no longer show. The patient does not show at all.
I have not checked the mission for the medevac but last time I checked it all worked well.

That is old and outdated from SU3. Now the bug has changed. Feel free to close the old one from September. I also recently updated my Medevac setup to allow the portal to except the upload. And since we had to remove the luggage payload using a navigation_graph_cargo it seems I have new results. This product will be live next week so you can test it using our Learjet 35A 2024.
With the change the patient never loads in free flight. And if I am working in dev mode and building then the patient does show standing up. And I have had users report the patient standing instead of laying down. So, I suspect the patient is not meant for free flight. And I get that. But users do want the patient to load in free flight laying down. This use to work back in SU3.
But the bug I reported here still stands. Loading on the ramp will show the nurse and doctors with no weight in free flight. But if you change the weight they do show and hide accurately once you start to change the weight. So, seems only the original load is not correct.
Looking forward to see all the characters from the medevac work for free flight just like passengers do.

This is something I already reported along with the original issue, the root cause being the load is initialized through mission files and you developers lack control over this in freeflight, and this also conflict with what’s shown in the EFB.
I don’t mind closing the original report and track these same issues through this new report.
