Hey! I am unable to see any faces through of the glass face. I have 0 idea on why this happens. I have attached the original blender file and gltf file. Any help would be appreciated!

By default, the backfaces of an object are not visible. If you want them to be visible you can tick the “double sided” checkbox, but the lighting will be that of the outside face. You’d be better off to model an interior face so it can get it’s own material with correct AO baked.
There is also a handy checkbox in blender that will show you the normal direction of a face.
Red means it wont be visible. Here is a hole cut into a box, as you can see the inside face are red, showing that they are the backfaces, and therefore not visible
