Any SDKs available to enable the new NVG filter in MSFS2024?

No, this is just a low light night vision post effect with adjustable intensity and mode (reticle or fullscreen).
This does not cover IR wavelengths and there is no plan to support it at the moment, as it would require a significant work on the engine as you can imagine.

We have not had much time to review and answer suggestions in this section recently but the most upvoted ideas are part of a report I forward to the whole team every month.

It would be cool to have the option to turn it to greyscale/white instead of green. Most modern visors are greyscale.

For my suggestion you probably would need some more data to read out. At least humidity, but i just noticed there is no variable for it.
I might still post it in ideas, but i would love to have come up with a simple piece of code. Nevertheless, still, very good work. And i second the white phosphor option.
