Opaque Glass Transparent at Night

Context: When 2020 package is in 2024 comunity folder

Similar MSFS 2020 issue: Not an issue in 2020 Glass stays opaque in 2020 no matter the time of day.

Bug description: Opaque glass with full transparancy is opaque during daytime (as expected) but turns fully transparent during night. For visual reference, please find attached a video demonstration.

Repro steps: Create a glass material in blender using the glass preset with an alpha value of one. Export it into a 2020 project and look at it in 2024.

Confirmed to be happening even with previous 2020 objects compiled with the Max SDK, seems to be fairly recent, it’s only a problem at night.

yes i have the same problem in my scenery, im in SU2

I have the same problem, I tested compiling the scenario with the latest SDK and Blender plugins but the problem still persists. I think the cause is in the engine.

does it solved in sim update 2?

THis bug is now back and now opaque glass is see-through when it rains

(same window as above)

please take a look at this again as it is a regression from the previous fix.
