does not work within a <SimContain.Container>
Bug description: We need a way to rotate a 3D object within a MissionFile. We can do it for a <WorldBase.AttachedWorldObject> but not the parent container.
Use case: Flipping a 3D object to travel along a at positive velocity.
Incomplete/Limited workaround: There is a workaround noted by @Jayshrike here but when reversing the objects limit their speed to around 5 or 6kts and are travelling at -25% throttle. This has an added effect of cancelling any attached effects that require a positive velocity in order to spawn (e.g. wakes).
