Provide an official Blender export plugin

An official support and an updated plugin would really be a plus and would
allow to open this simulator even more to freelance developers and small
structures.

Hi Alyzee! This statement of yours completely made my day! Thank you! One
question - will you be accepting contributions from the community and/or
develop the plugin on GitHub? Thanks again!

@sonantAlpaca I’m really speechless! This is the best news I could hear about
reaching here in the devsupport platform! I know you said it’s early but can
we expect the plugin to be initially released early next year? Or should we
expect it to be developed beyond Q2/Q3? You guys are really giving a lot of
fresh air to the modding scene, allowing many non- professionals willing to
have a starter low cost access to the sim features, and to the many
professional working on blender by choice or need! I personally have no words
to express my gratitude for this but I guess this feeling is shared across the
whole modding community of MSFS, and it’s a real proof of love from the
developers to the many people making a great product even better!

Hello SonantAlpaca, Thank you so much for this, would it be possible to know a
more about the current progress and expecations? Also an estimated time for a
WIP release we can test to provide you feedbacks? cheers!

You can check yourself what’s going on under the hood here @TonyPezz.
https://github.com/AsoboStudio/glTF-Blender-IO-MSFS Just remember to
favorite it if you want daily updates as I do

I have a couple questions to ask about this. Will the new Blender Exporter be
integrated in the Documentation? To what point can we define the new exporter
(or glTF exporter plugin as we can define it) comparable to Babylon JS? Will
it support some of the cool features added by Vitus like batch LOD export and
Copyright? Thanks

Version 1.0.5 of the exporter is now ready for production! Thanks
@sonantalpaca and @pepperoni505!
